Some of these may become severe, with the primary threat being damaging wind gusts. The primary threat will be for damaging wind gusts, but a tornado or two cannot be ruled out as well. Thunderstorms are possible on Sunday afternoon into the evening, especially near and east of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Some of these may become severe, with the primary threat being damaging wind gusts.
