A Heat Advisory is in effect this afternoon into the early evening
for the northeast Permian Basin, Winkler, Crane, Pecos, and Brewster
Counties as well as the Guadalupe, Delaware, Davis, and Chinati
Mountains

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Excessive heat may be possible for a few locations during the
afternoon hours.
