.DISCUSSION...Today will be unseasonably warm and dry with relatively
light winds. A strong cold front Wednesday afternoon and evening
will be accompanied by breezy to windy conditions, scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. The RHs will be low in some
areas, and the breezy winds will elevate fire weather conditions.
There will be scattered to numerous mountain showers as well as
isolated thunderstorms over the Blue Mts and Wallowas. A cooling
trend will follow Thursday through the weekend.
