Temperatures will range from the mid to upper 60s Tuesday increasing to low 70s Wednesday with daytime RH values dropping into the moderate range below 39 to 44% with excellent overnight recoveries above 70%. Winds will be primarily from the West-northwest and between 5 to 8 mph, higher along the ridgelines to between 15 to 20 mph Tuesday and 10 to 15 mph Wednesday decreasing in the overnight hours to between 7 to 9 mph along the ridgelines and 2 to 5 mph at 20 feet. .6 PM TUESDAY...
