...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN CHEROKEE COUNTY...

At 702 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Treece to near Miami to 9 miles southeast of Edna,
moving southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Baxter Springs, Treece, and Melrose.
