Breezy west to northwest winds can be expected, becoming sustained at 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 40 mph or higher, highest across far northwest SD. Highs will be in the 70s to low 80s with minimum relative humidity of 25 to 35 percent, with a locations in far southwest SD seeing RH as low as 15 percent.
