...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL SANDOVAL AND
NORTHWESTERN SANTA FE COUNTIES THROUGH 715 PM MDT...

At 643 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
La Cienega, or 12 miles west of Santa Fe, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Santa Fe, White Rock, La Cienega, La Bajada, Tesuque, Agua Fria, Pena
Blanca, and San Ildefonso Pueblo.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If threatening weather approaches your area, take shelter in a sturdy
building.

Motorists can expect brief but sudden changes in visibility and
ponding of water on highways as storms move through the area.
