* Until 245 PM EDT.

* At 1242 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Lynnhaven to 13 nm south of Monitor Merrimack
  Bridge Tunnel, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Fish Hook, Hot Dog Area Off Virginia Beach, Horseshoe, Chesapeake
