The Minot Doppler radar, KMBX will be down for maintenance until further notice. Minot Air Force Base Technicians have analyzed the problem, and will be ordering parts. The return to service is unknown at this time. Surrounding NWS radars that can be used in the meantime are KBIS at Bismarck, KMVX at Mayville, and KGGW at Glasgow, Montana. Additional non-NWS radars in the area include the Williams County Weather Radar located at the Williston Airport, and the North Dakota Atmospheric Resource Board Radar located at the Stanley Airport. $$
