            Multiple water rescues occurred overnight in
            the City of Birmingham following heavy
            rainfall that led to flash flooding. Notable
            locations where flooding occurred included
            Center St North, 4th St North, Green Springs
            Avenue, 6th Ave S, and 9th St S. Village
            Creek and Valley Creek also quickly rose
            into Flood Stage between midnight and 2am.
