            Heavy rainfall caused a sink hole to open up
            near the intersection of North Orange Street
            and Birtt Place in the city of Eufaula. Law
            enforcement reports that at least portions
            of North Randolph, West Broad Street, Cherry
            Street, Colmont and South Eufaula Avenue are
            experiencing flooding.
