...A THUNDERSTORM APPROACHING THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Narragansett Bay...

At 249 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm, capable of
producing winds to around 25 knots. This front was located near
North Kingstown, moving east at 10 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Quonset Point, Greenwich Bay, Popasquash Point, Warwick Light,
Bristol Harbor, Mount Hope Bay, and Conimicut Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Expect gusty winds to around 25 knots...briefly rough seas and
lightning strikes. Consider heading for safe harbor until this storm
passes.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible and keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
