.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure centered over the central to
northwest Gulf of Mexico will produce light to moderate
southeasterly winds and low to moderate seas along the Lower
Texas Coast for the next several days. Isolated showers and
thunderstorms are possible and could result in elevated winds and
seas.
