...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northern Ashtabula County and Lake County in northeast
  Ohio.

* WHEN...Until 915 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 605 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen. Additional torrential rainfall is expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Painesville, Ashtabula, Willowick, Conneaut, Fairport Harbor,
    Geneva-On-The-Lake, Euclid, Mentor, Willoughby, Eastlake,
    Geneva, Madison, North Kingsville, Perry, Timberlake,
    Lakeline, Wickliffe, Richmond Heights, Willoughby Hills and
    Highland Heights.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
