...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN WEBB AND SOUTHERN
LA SALLE COUNTIES THROUGH 430 PM CDT...

At 359 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fort Ewell Site, or 23 miles east of Encinal, moving northwest at 45
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Fort Ewell Site.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 40 and 51.
