...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN MIFFLIN...
SOUTHEASTERN CENTRE...NORTHWESTERN SNYDER...SOUTHWESTERN UNION AND
SOUTHEASTERN CLINTON COUNTIES THROUGH 745 PM EDT...

At 714 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles east of Bellefonte, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Woodward, Pleasant Gap, Lamar, Centre Hall, Millheim, Aaronsburg,
Rebersburg, Spring Mills, Coburn, Troxelville, Madisonburg, Weikert,
R.B. Winter State Park, Snyder-Middleswart State Park, Laurelton
Center, Poe Valley State Park, and McCall Dam State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
this storm passes.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
central and north central Pennsylvania.
