...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL MCKEAN AND NORTHERN
POTTER COUNTIES THROUGH 430 PM EDT...

At 406 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 32 miles west of Wellsboro to 18 miles
southwest of Wellsville to 22 miles southeast of Olean. Movement was
east at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Port Allegany, Roulette, and Oswayo.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
