THROUGH 330 PM EDT...

At 248 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
State College, moving north at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
State College, Park Forest Village, Lemont, Houserville, Pine Grove
Mills, Julian, Pennsylvania State University, and State College
Regional Airport.
