The National Weather Service in State College PA has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northwestern McKean County in north central Pennsylvania...
  Eastern Warren County in north central Pennsylvania...

* Until 900 PM EDT.

* At 756 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Youngsville to Chapman State Park to near
  Kinzua Dam to Bradford, moving northeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Warren, Bradford, Allegany State Park, Sheffield, Russell, Scandia,
  Ludlow, Marshburg, Warren South, Kinzua Dam, Chapman State Park,
  and Lewis Run.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these severe
thunderstorms. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of
nature`s leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are
close enough to be struck by lightning.

Very heavy rainfall is occurring with these severe thunderstorms, and
may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
