PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

  to the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 11.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.7
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage early Tuesday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

  - At 8:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 85.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight to a crest of 93.0 feet Tuesday
    evening. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday
    afternoon.

  Water reaches the underside of the 12th St NE bridge at the piers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 10.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    this evening and continue falling and remain below flood
    stage.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
