...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN ST. CLAIR COUNTY
THROUGH 615 AM EDT...

At 537 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Emmett, or near Capac, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Emmett around 545 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Riley Center,
Goodells, Avoca, Brockway, Ruby, and Fargo.

This includes I-69 between mile markers 177 and 194.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
