  Cedar River AT Palo Blairs Ferry Rd affecting Linn County.

  Cedar River at Cedar Bluff affecting Johnson, Cedar and Muscatine
  Counties.

  Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County.

  Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County.

  Rock River near Joslin affecting Whiteside, Henry IL and Rock
  Island Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton
  Counties.

  Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay tuned to further developments by listening to your local radio,
television, or NOAA Weather Radio for further information.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Cedar River at Cedar Rapids.

* WHEN...Until Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water affects many residences in Cedar
  Bluff.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 13.7 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 14.0 feet tomorrow morning.
    It will then fall below flood stage late Sunday evening to
    11.2 feet early Tuesday afternoon. It will rise to 11.4 feet
    Wednesday evening. It will then fall again and remain below
    flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

  - At 8:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 13.5 feet and steady.
  - The river is near crest now.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late Sunday morning and continue falling to 10.6 feet Friday,
    July 05.
  - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a secondary crest
    of 12.6 feet Monday morning. It will then fall below flood
    stage Friday, July 05.

  flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 15.3 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late tonight
    to 17.0 feet Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood
    stage late Monday morning to 14.7 feet early Wednesday
    morning. It will rise again to 14.9 feet Thursday morning. It
    will then fall again and remain below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

  - At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 19.0 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Sunday afternoon to a crest of 22.5 feet Monday
    evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

  - At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 9.3 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Sunday afternoon to a crest of 12.6 feet Tuesday morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage Thursday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

  - At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 13.3 feet and rising.
  - Recent Activity...The river continues to rise.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 15.1 feet early Monday
    afternoon. It will then fall early Thursday afternoon. It
    will rise to 14.2 feet Friday, July 05. It will then fall
    again but remain above flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

  - At 8:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 10.6 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight and continue rising to a crest of 12.4 feet
    early Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
