.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong northerly winds
will decrease in the northern outer waters through the morning.
These strong north winds will continue to create steep chaotic
seas up to 11 feet. Steep waves will also propagate into the
inner waters, mostly in the northern inners. Strong northerly
winds will significantly weaken early next week.
