.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Calm conditions this
morning will degrade this afternoon as moderate northerly winds
will build behind through Thursday. Gusts on Thursday forecasted
up to 35 kts with steep chaotic seas up to 10 feet in the outer
waters. Steep waves over 6 feet will move into the inner waters,
mostly around Cape Mendocino. These strong winds will persist
into the weekend.
