.DISCUSSION...High pressure over the area will result in warmer and
drier conditions today through Tuesday. Winds are forecast to remain
light under 6 mph, however a few afternoon and early evening gusts
to 15 mph are expected. Winds will shift to southwest during
the afternoon on Tuesday and daytime humidity will increase slightly.
