above 60% until after 1 pm, not expected to fall below 50% during
the day. NW winds forecast to increase to 10 to 15 mph with gusts
to 20 mph by 1-2 pm. Winds will stay elevated overnight into
Saturday morning. Conditions on Saturday expected to be slightly
drier, with RHs 45-55% by 11 am and winds 9 to 12 mph.
