.DISCUSSION...Critical fire weather conditions expected today with
near-single digit RH and gusty southwest winds. Winds will begin
to increase after 0900, with the strongest gusts expected this
afternoon and early this evening. Winds should begin to subside
after 1900, becoming light overnight. Winds shift westerly on
Tuesday, but remain breezy along with slightly increased RH
values. Dry weather with seasonable temperatures is otherwise
expected through Tuesday.
