* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at South Sioux City.

* WHEN...Until early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, Some of the boat docks and marinas along
  the river begin to flood. The levee at the Scenic Park campground
  is overtopped at flooding may impact the parking lot at the Lewis
  and Clark Interpretive Center if the levee is breached.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 30.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday was 30.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 9.9 feet
