Minnesota...

  West Fork Des Moines River near Windom affecting Cottonwood and
  Jackson Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Water reaches the bottom beams of the
  bridge on Country Club Dr.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 23.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 11:15 PM CDT Friday was 23.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will oscillate above flood stage with a
    maximum value of 24.3 feet tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
