516 AWUS85 KGGW 160837 RWSGGW Regional Weather Summary National Weather Service Glasgow MT 237 AM MDT Sun Jun 16 2024 This is the regional weather summary for the eastern two-thirds of Montana, southern Saskatchewan, and western North Dakota. Strong west winds will blow across the region today with gusts 40 to 55 mph at times mainly north of the Missouri River. While most of Montana and western North Dakota will have clear to partly cloudy skies, southern Saskatchewan and north central Montana will have a chance of rain showers. Highs will range from the upper 50s over southwest Saskatchewan to the lower 70s over southeast Montana and southwest North Dakota. Winds will diminish this evening and clouds will move into the area overnight. There will be a chance of rain late tonight over parts of central and southern Montana and southwest North Dakota. Lows tonight will be in the 40s in most areas and lower 50s over southeast Montana. Low pressure system will develop over Wyoming on Monday while an upper trough moves into western Montana. This will bring widespread rain into most of the region with isolated thunderstorms. Highs will be as cold as 45 to 55 over central Montana and as warm as 65 to 75 over far eastern Montana and western North Dakota. $$
