...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL GREELEY...SHERMAN
AND WESTERN HOWARD COUNTIES THROUGH 845 PM CDT...

At 820 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Sherman Reservoir Dam to near Ashton to
Rockville. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Farwell and Cotesfield around 825 PM CDT.
  Elba around 830 PM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
central Nebraska.
