.DISCUSSION...Showers/thunderstorms return with a slight decrease
in coverage and intensity today. A few strong to severe isolated
thunderstorms will be possible. Isolated to scattered storms are
expected each day in the coming week with higher terrain favored.
Temperatures about five degrees above normal today will warm
another three to five degrees by Wednesday. A shot of tropical
moisture late Wednesday will bring another round of widespread
showers and thunderstorms to the region overnight into Thursday.
Friday into the weekend will see a downturn in showers/storms.
