Regional Weather Summary for the High Plains

The evening and early overnight hours saw a powerful storm system
move from East-Central Colorado through Southern Kansas with
mostly cloud to cloudy skies for the rest of the region.
Temperatures as of midnight ranged from 58 in Flagler, Colorado to
63 in McCook, Nebraska. Winds after the storms have been from the
east at 5 to 15 mph.

OUTLOOK... For today, a cooler day is forecast with highs in the
70`s. For early on is forecast to give way to clearer skies
through the day. There could be a few showers and storms near the
Front Range in Colorado. Tonight, mostly clear skies and lows in
the 50`s are forecast with some cloud cover and fog possible in
Eastern Colorado. Tomorrow, a mix of clouds and sunshine is
forecast with highs warming into the 80`s. There could be a few
storms in Eastern Colorado and adjacent areas during the evening
hours.
