Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin
National Weather Service Green Bay WI
535 PM CDT Wed Sep 18 2024

High clouds began moving into the region this afternoon, blocking
some of the sunny skies for portions of central and north-central
Wisconsin. Areas further east, including the lakeshore and Fox
Valley remained sunny through the afternoon hours. Temperatures as
of 5 PM ranged from the upper 70s near the Peninsula border to
the lower to middle 80s across the Fox Valley.

Upper cloud cover will remain in place across the region at times
tonight, but no active weather is expected. Low temperatures will
range from the upper 40s in far northeast Wisconsin to the middle
50s under the clouds in central Wisconsin. Some patchy fog will be
possible by the early morning on Thursday.

Thursday, a partly cloudy and warm day is in store for most of the
day, but dry conditions should last through the afternoon. By the
early evening, precipitation will work its way into the region
from the west, crossing the area through the early overnight
hours. A few of these storms may become strong, but the best
potential will mainly be limited to areas in western and central
WI.
