...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WOOD AND SOUTHWESTERN MARATHON
COUNTIES THROUGH 100 AM CDT...

At 1227 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Spencer to near Marshfield. Movement was east
at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Wisconsin Rapids, Marshfield, Spencer, Pittsville, Lake Wazeecha,
Colby, Port Edwards, Stratford, Edgar, and Biron.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
