A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas...
  Nearshore and Open Waters from Holland to Whitehall MI...

At 1200 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms capable of
producing winds to around 30 knots, sudden shifts in wind direction,
and occasional lightning strikes. These thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 30 nm west of White Lake Pier Heads to
25 nm east of Milwaukee, and were moving east at 30 knots.

Locations impacted include...
White Lake Pier Heads, Muskegon Light, Grand Haven Light,
Port Sheldon Harbor, and the Holland Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor. A
small craft advisory also remains in effect through this evening.
