Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 454 PM HST, emergency management reported heavy rain over Kailua Kona with water on roadways on Kuakini highway near Lako st. Rain was falling at a rate of up to 1 inch per hour. Rain rates are starting to decrease and should continue to dissipate this evening. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kailua-Kona, Holualoa, Honalo, Kahaluu-Keauhou and Kalaoa. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
