...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 PM CDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN SEDGWICK AND EASTERN HARVEY COUNTIES...

At 738 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles southeast of Hillsboro to Elbing to Kechi,
moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Newton, Park City, Valley Center, Hesston, North Newton, Sedgwick,
Kechi, Walton, and Newton Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
