At 417 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Rich Inlet,
moving east at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and large hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in
         structural damage.

The severe thunderstorm will be near...
  Rich Inlet, Surf City, Dallas Rock, Topsail Boxcars, Topsail Tire
  Reef, Figure Eight Island, and Topsail Beach around 420 PM EDT.
