Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central/Southeast Illinois
National Weather Service Lincoln IL
316 PM CDT Mon Sep 23 2024

.DISCUSSION...

A weather disturbance will bring showers and a few thunderstorms
to central and southeast Illinois tonight into Tuesday morning. As
the system departs, the showers will come to an end from west to
east Tuesday afternoon...followed by dry weather across the board
on Wednesday. Given low mixing heights and light winds, ventilation
rates will remain poor both days.
