...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN WEBSTER AND
SOUTHWESTERN CLAY COUNTIES THROUGH 600 PM CDT...

At 516 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Clarkson, or 12 miles northeast of Eupora, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Mantee, Pheba, Cumberland, Montpelier, and Clarkson.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
north central and northeastern Mississippi.
