.DISCUSSION...Numerous showers and isolated thunderstorms are still
expected to develop this afternoon as Northeast winds increase to
15 to 20 mph with gusts to 25 to 30 mph at times. Scattered showers
and lower chances of thunderstorm activity will linger tonight as
Northeast winds remain at near breezy levels at 10 to 15 mph with
gusts to 20 to 25 mph at times. Heavy rainfall will be possible
in any the shower/thunderstorm activity and localized flooding cannot
be ruled out through tonight.
