...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN JOHNSON...
NORTHWESTERN FLOYD AND NORTHEASTERN MAGOFFIN COUNTIES THROUGH 800 PM
EDT...

At 736 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Brainard, or 8 miles west of Prestonsburg, moving north at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Paintsville, Brownlow, Fredville, Bradley, Fitz, Oil Springs, Ordway,
Falcon, Ivyton, Dobson, Cyrus, Collista, Dotson, Mashfork, Denver,
Conley, Blue River, Swamp Branch, Riceville, and Barnetts Creek.

THIS INCLUDES U.S. Highway 23 in Johnson County between mile markers
3 and 8.
