...OUTFLOW BOUNDARY MOVING NORTHWEST ACROSS THE STRAITS OF FLORIDA
OFF THE LOWER KEYS...

The areas affected include...
Hawk Channel and Straits of Florida from Craig Key to 20 nm west of
Dry Tortugas out 20 nm...
Straits of Florida from west end of Seven Mile Bridge to 20 nm west
of Dry Tortugas 20 to 60 nm out...
Bay and Gulf Side from Craig Key to Halfmoon Shoal out to 5
fathoms...

At 805 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists detected an
outflow boundary, capable of producing wind gusts near 30 knots.
This outflow boundary was located along a line extending from 9 nm
south of Sombrero Key Light to 29 nm southwest of Wood`s Wall West
Crack, moving northwest at 20 knots.

Locations that will be affected include...
Big Pine Shoal, Annette Key, Vandenberg, Howe Key, East Sambo, Wood`s
Wall West Crack, and Wood`s Wall East Crack.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for sudden wind gusts near 30 knots, locally rough and
confused seas, occasional lightning strikes, and potentially
blinding downpours. Get to a safe port as quickly, and as safely as
possible. When downpours reduce visibility, slow down.
