...The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in Nevada...

  Humboldt River At Comus affecting Humboldt County.

.The Humboldt River at Comus is expected to continue to slowly rise,
possibly reaching minor flood stage Monday night or Tuesday.

For the Lower Humboldt...including Palisade, Battle Mountain,
Comus...elevated river levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

If you are in the advisory area, remain alert to possible flooding
or the possibility of the advisory being upgraded to a warning.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

Next issuance will be by late tonight at 500 AM PDT.

...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR SNOWMELT REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt is possible.

* WHERE...Humboldt River at Comus.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, Minor Flood Stage. Minor lowland flooding
  throughout the reach. No flooding in Winnemucca.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:15 PM PDT Sunday the stage was 8.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 9.3 feet early Tuesday
    afternoon. It will then fall to 9.2 feet Tuesday afternoon.
    It will rise to 9.3 feet Tuesday evening. It will then fall
    again and remain below flood stage.
  - Action stage is 8.5 feet.
  - Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
