As temperatures warm today, min RH values will fall into the
15-25 percent range for many inland locations. Overnight humidity
recoveries into tomorrow will be somewhat limited, but will still
offer some relief. Additionally, low fuel values, relatively  light
winds through the warming and drying trend, will all combine to keep
fire weather concerns low. Wednesday offers some cooling  and
improvement in humidities.

Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.

changes expected  to follow through the rest of the week. Weaker
than normal diurnal  winds expected. A shallow marine layer will be
focused along the coast.
