...Discussion from Monterey...

As temperatures warm the next few days, min RH values will fall into
the 15-25 percent range for many inland locations away from the
marine layer on Monday, and 15-30 percent range on Tuesday but winds
will remain relatively light. Temperatures return closer to normal
for the second half of next week with improved RH retention and
recoveries.

Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.

...Discussion from Los Angeles/Oxnard...

Weak onshore flow and marine layer pattern has brought morning low
clouds and fog to most coastal areas this morning. A warming and
drying trend will continue today into Monday across the interior,
when temperatures in the 90s will be common across the valleys,
lower mountains, and deserts. Minimum humidities are expected to
lower to between 10 and 20 percent across many interior areas during
the next few days. The pattern is expected to remain dry through the
week, with little change in temperatures, and typical diurnal winds.
