.DISCUSSION...High pressure aloft to the east of the area will thin
the marine layer depth over the burn area through the weekend, but a
cooler and moist weather pattern will remain with clouds struggling
to clear over the next several days. Mixing heights will remain low
to due to the thin marine intrusion. Sea breezes will develop each
afternoon around climatological normals.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (90-100 percent) with patchy fog through
                    1300 hours then becoming partly cloudy
                    (30-40 percent). After 1600 hours, becoming
                    mostly cloudy (75-85 percent).
