* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and
  combined seas 4 to 7 ft expected when conditions are worst.

* WHERE...Santa Barbara Channel from Pt. Conception to Pt. Mugu
  CA including Santa Cruz Island. Winds will likely be strongest
  from Santa Cruz Island East to the coasts.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 3 AM to noon PDT
  Monday. For the Gale Warning, from noon Monday to 3 AM PDT
  Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will create dangerous sea conditions
  which could capsize or damage small and large vessels. Choppy
  seas and strong rip currents possible.
