...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Missouri...Illinois...

  Mississippi River at Lock & Dam 21.

  Mississippi River at LaGrange.

  Mississippi River at Quincy.

River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 24 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY EVENING UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Lock & Dam 21.

* WHEN...From Monday evening until further notice.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 14.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Wednesday morning and continue rising to 18.1 feet
    Wednesday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY EVENING UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...No flooding is currently forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at LaGrange.

* WHEN...From Monday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 17.5 feet, Front Street, providing access to elevated
  riverfront homes in south La Grange near the casino, begins
  flooding near this height.  Also, the alley behind several homes
  and businesses along Main Street (Hwy B) begins flooding at this
  height.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    overnight Tuesday night and crest near 18.0 feet a week from
    Friday on July 5th.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...No flooding is currently forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Quincy.

* WHEN...From late Monday night until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, All America and Bob Bangert parks begin to
  flood.  Also, the Art Keller Marina walkways and the south boat
  ramp at Kesler Park begin flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river should rise above flood stage late
    Tuesday night and crest near 20 feet a week from Friday on
    July 5th.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
